What is the difference between Zero Point Nano Wand and Zero Point Energy Wand?

It is basically due to name branding that you see those different terms. There are several different wands on the market some are better than others but it has nothing to do with the "Nano" being included or not.

I believe the number of Ions in the wand determine how effective the wand is. You can ask the various suppliers as they should know. That said often it is also a question of personal preference some prefer one wand over another, which means you need to purchase different wands and compare them yourself.
I recommend you go to Google and search for wand comparisons that should help you in the right direction.
